Tomorrow is the ending week for April 2013. Less in 2 months is our arrival of our little girl. We have not started truly to find a name for her but I kinda like Leia (child from heaven). I like the name because it reminds me the Kingdom message that Jesus preached on earth about our true citizenship with the Kingdom of God.
I started to post my updates with my health because my health has taken a front seat to my (our) future. I have been busy and not taking steps of making time for health. I have gain a tremendous amount of weight these past years that I had simply ignore the importance of losing it. My weist line is now 40 inch??!!
I want to loose but having this lazy attitude has prevented me to commit to starting a plan of action. I must and will take action because if something happens to me, my kids are scared for life of not having me in their life and I also will miss important events a human can experience with having children grow and becoming in relationship with God.
I will document my progress as I step towards optimal living and reaching a good weight that my body rest and live in harmony.
